I have continued with my yoga teacher training over the years, and now alongside Hatha Yoga, I am also qualified to teach Yoga and Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Birth, Post-Natal Yoga, Teen Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Yoga and Mindfulness for Children, and Qigong. Due to my extensive training, I teach a variety of styles of classes (including online classes) to cater for anyone who wishes to invite yoga into their lives. I like to focus on alignment, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation, and I encourage my students to become their own inner teacher, listening to cues within their body to make their yoga experience unique to them.
